What people say
Working with James
Real words from collaborators, leaders, and teammates I’ve built things with. Replace these with your own testimonials as they come in.
“James connects the big picture to the real work on the ground. He listens, diagrams, and then helps teams actually move.”
“Somehow balances structure with creativity. Our sessions felt focused but never rigid.”
About
A little context
I’ve always been drawn to two things: how systems work and how art feels. Most of my work lives where those overlap—helping people shape processes, products, and experiences that actually resonate.
By day, I work in BPM and operations, helping teams see the whole board and build better ways of working. Off-hours, I’m writing riffs, building worlds, and experimenting with sound and visuals.
James Brouillet is a work in progress—curious, iterative, and always learning. If you’re building something that needs both structure and soul, I’d love to talk.
